President Pranab Mukherjee has condemned violators of women saying a society cannot be called civilized if the people do not pay respect to its women, adding that is an uncivil society. Expressing his stand on intolerance, Mukherjee said that Indians can be argumentative but are not intolerant as diversity is the strength of Indian culture.
